How to open an attachment on a ATT quickfire

I have an ATT Quickfire and when i receive an email with an attachment, I can’t seem to open the

attachment. Is it just me or is there something that i am missing. Can anyone else open their attachments or is

it just me?Help me,because I just bought the AT&T quickfire phone recently,if it’s the problem of phone’s

quality,I’ll need to change one.Thanks!
