AT&T Ipmproves its Network to compete with Verizon Iphone

Posted: 31 Mar 2010 10:21 AM PDT

As we known, AT&T will give up its exclusive for Iphone soon, and Verizon is going to get the exclusive for Iphone in the coming month. Obviously this will pose a great threat to AT&T, of course, we know AT&T is not a vegetarians. According to Wall Street Journal, it is said that AT&T has taken a beating from consumers who have complained about poor coverage in major cities including New York and San Francisco. Now, AT&T is racing to reduce its dropped calls and speed up Web-surfing before Apple releases a new version of the iPhone that could run on Verizon Wireless’s network.

Great! This is indeed the best news for AT&Tcustomers, as we can enjoy a more High-speedand stable Internet service

AT&T Palm Pre Plus Vs Verizon Pre Plus Reviews

Posted: 29 Mar 2010 09:10 AM PDT

Though the GSM version of Palm Pre Plus for AT&T hasn’t been on sale so far, as for its features and specs we have learnt a lots. Through anywaying, we can say the ATT Palm Pre plus doesn’t look too bad, in other works, I think it is better than the CDMA Version for Verizon. As we known, the att pre plus comes with a qwerty keyboard, which is good for texting messages on it. Somebody says the the keypad is quite small and the phone is also top heavy when the keypad is open. So, when you’re using the keypad for texting or whatever, it’s a bit difficult to grip. However, I don’t think so, I think the keypad is big enough for me.

In addtion, the att pre plus comes with touch pad instead of the trackball using on verizon pre plus. Persoanlly, i like the full touch screen, as it makes us more qucickly and conveniently to control the phone. While there is a little difficult to operate on the screen with the trackball. Ok, that’s all, if you have other views, share them here with us!

AT&T Dell Aero – New AT&T Android Phone Coming Soon

Posted: 23 Mar 2010 10:38 AM PDT

The Dell Aero is just the updated version of  Dell Mini3 that has been early launched in China and Brazil , it looks like the striped / mini 5 that we have seen, using a customized version of the UI interface. The Aero will be the first smartphone that landing on the US market for Dell, also it will be the second Android phone for AT&T. Of course, it will work with the Android OS, but frankly, we worry about  that the customized version of the UI will be based on android1.5 or 1.6, but not based on Android 2.1.

Also, the Android-based Dell Aero will support for Microsoft Exchange and a new UI skin, and as well a  5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, aGPS and 3G. In addtion, the Aero has  a 3.5″ nHD 360×640 display, which may be larger a little than the Dell Mini3. Unfortunately, there has been no words on its price and release date so far, but we’ll update for you in time.

AT&T to bring four new feature quick messages phones from Samsung and Pantech for spring 2010

Posted: 19 Mar 2010 10:44 AM PDT

Recently AT&T has announced it will bring four new quick messages phones from Samsung and Pantech for us, the new devces will support AT&T’s latest network storage services, such as users can share their photos and video with other users, meanwhile AT & T will provide online address on the network address book to realize the exchange visit between the mobile phones and PC , etc. and so on. Of course, these are not our greatest concern, now let’s to see what  what the foure devices look like.

1. Samsung Strive — An very entry level quick message phone, besides supporting the new AT&T services, it will also feature  a 2MP camera, social networking apps, and as well as mail and instant messaging. Fianlly, it is noted that the Strive comes with a vertical slide design to reveal a full keyboard, well, I think it should be very easy to text messages or mail on it. This new device will be released by at on March 21 in two color combinations, black/silver and purple/charcoal, and priced at  $19.99 for a limited time with a two-year agreement and after $50 mail-in rebate.

2. Samsung Sunburst — It is still a low-end quick message phone, but it is better than the samsung strive. The Sunburst is a touchscreen phone with an unusual design, also it supports GSS and a widget bar that "allows one-touch access to a wealth of phone functions like creating a text message. Therefore, the Sunburst ’s price is higher a little than the Strive , it will cost $39.99 after a two-year agreement and $50 mail-in-rebate, also it will be available on March 21. Well, you’ll have another choice at that day.

3. Pantech Link — It is still a quick message phone with a full keyboard, it is said it is very slim and light. The Link’s contemporary design makes it one of the sharpest in the popular, bar-style family of handsets. With black and blue accents. Sadly, now there is no words on its price and release date. While AT&T announces the Link will be available in AT&T stores and online in the coming weeks.

4. Pantech Pursuit — a touchscreen phone with a QWERTY keyboard, it supports AT&T Social Net, AT&T Address Book, and social networking sites. Unfortunately, AT&T either announces when the Pursuit will be released and how much it will cost. While we learn that it will be available in the summer in green or blue.

Don’t worry about the problem, firstly you should check a few things befor you sening it to customer service. AT&T LG Vu info

AT&T Motorola Backflip Reviews

Posted: 11 Mar 2010 12:53 AM PST

I have upgraded my AT&T Samsung Impression to Motorola Backflip from AT&T stores for three days,  after using it for the last few days, I find the backflip looks very pretty good and I love the form factor.  While it is common in function, I have to say it is just a high-end quick message phone, but as an android smartphone, I think it is only an entry device.

I say the motorola backflip is a wonderful message phone, as it comes with a large touch screen and a full Qwerty Keypad, and the keys are a good size , so it is very responsive to tap on the keypad and screen. Obviously, which is very easy and comfortable to type anything with it. While the battery for the device is a little short.

I think the backflip is ony an entry android smartphone, as though it supports the motorola blur that can make you download pictures to your facebook and twitter in less than 20 seconds, and s preloaded with AT&T bloatware that takes up precious memory space. It doesnt have the stock Google search like everyother Android phone on the market. They instead put Yahoo! search on it. You cant install apps outside of the market, so no beta testing.

All in all, this phone was a pleasant surprise for me. I am pleasantly surprised by how much I am enjoying the blur interface as well. No real complaints there either. Sure, there are a few things that can improve but nothing is perfect. Time will take care of any minor issues.
