AT&T may launch Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 In 2010

Posted: 22 Nov 2009 08:40 AM PST

Sony Ericsson recently announced a new high-end smartphone named XPERIA X10 for us.  It is said the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 will head to US market supporting UMTS frequency specs , and the available 800/850/1900/2100 bands, so we guess it may be working with AT&T 3G network.  But it won’t be available until after the end-year holiday season and faces stiff competition.

The XPERIA X10 will be priced at around 6,000 Swedish kronor ($879) in stores, will be on sale in the first quarter 2010 in a number of markets including Sweden, press spokesman Gustaf Brusewitz told Dow Jones Newswires in an interview Wednesday.

The X10 looks like such an amazing piece of hardawee. I’m so happy to see Sony ericsson coming through with such an awesome piece of hardware. And android to boot. Hopefully this will allow ATT to drop the sub standard and aged iPhone.
