| How to Install Applications or Softwares On AT&T HTC Tilt 2 Posted: 14 Nov 2009 08:38 AM PST If you don’t know how to install Applications (Apps) or softwares on your AT&T htc Tilt 2 phone, it doesn’t matter, here we share one tricks to teach you how to do it, Now just follow the instructions below:
Install Applications or Softwares On AT&T Tilt 2 Steps
Requirements: Download the file to your PC firstly
Case 1: If it ends in .zip or .rar - extract them (winrar)
Case 2: If the file ends in .exe - then doing
1) connect your device to the PC via USB cable to Active Sync
2) Double click the .exe file
3) Installation will begin. Follow onscreen PC instructions.
4) Finish installation on your device by selecting where you want to install the file (device/storage) and tap “install”;

Case 3: If the file ends in .cab -
1) connect your device to the PC via USB cable to Active Sync;
2) From ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center click to explore / browse contents of your device;
3) Copy .cab file from PC loacation and paste into Phone’s storage card or My Documents on Device;
4) Disconnect Phone from PC;
5) Through your phone’s File Explorer, locate the new .cab file;
6) Tap on it;
7) Choose installation location (device/storage card) and tap “install”;
 Click OK and soft-reset your device - done! AT&T cell phone Questions&Answers Note: you can safely delete the .cab file from your device, if you are short on storage. Personally, I created a folder on my storage card “Cabs” from which I can quickly install all my applications, in case of a hard-reset in the future.)
