AT&T LG Incite Tips-tethering Posted: 18 Mar 2009 02:54 AM PDT Do you know that the  AT&T LG INCITE can be used as a tethered modem with the AT&T Global Network ?  It doesn’t matter, as  It is not late now to know. Following I’ll introduce the method. Read carefully! To tether an LG INCITE handset with a USB cable to your computer and use it as a wireless modem, you must first put the phone into the correct mode so it can make a USB data connection.  AT&T LG Incite info Connect the phone to the computer with the USB cable, if this is the first time you have done this the Windows drivers for the phone should install Click on the Windows “Start” icon in the upper left corner of the phone screen Select the “Modem Link” Click “Activate” on the bottom of the screen When the cellular icon in the AT&T Global Network Client is ready you can press connect to make a connection using you are computer and the LG INCITE -AT&T cell phone Questions&Answetrs Note:You must first put the phone into the correct mode so it can make a USB data connection.  Finally,  the lg incite reports that its hardware description is “116″ instead of the LG INCITE, this does not have any negative effects on the operation of the device.
