AT&T Lg GU292 Live Photos

As we known, the LG GU292 is new push to talk cell phone that is coming to AT&T soon, though neither AT&T nor lg has officiall anounced it for us, it has been availbale on AT&T business site and Lg website. Some people say the GU292 is very similar to the LG Shine II, how do you think of it? Now let’s have a look at what the new PPT phone looks like together.

AT&T may launch New Garmin-Asus nuvifone branded E600

Recently T-Mobile finally release the long-waited Garmin-Asus nuvifone, it seems that AT&T may follow T-mobile’s step  to roll out one new Garmin-Asus nuvifone in the near future. As for the new nuvifone, now we know little about it, according to Engadget, one leaked filling for FCC filing shows that a ASUS nuvifone-branded E600 “PDA Phone” with 850 and 1900 MHz 3G bands for AT&T network.

As we known, AT&T had released one Garmin device named nuvifone G60 for us last year, but it looks like the nuvifone G60 is not very popular, so AT&T have to stop to sell it. Therefore I guess AT&T may lanuch one replacement for the G60 for us.

After the Samsung Rugby II, there is a new PTT phone is coming to AT&T soon, which is just the Lg GU292. Though neither AT&T or Lg has officially introduced it , the GU292 has been quitely available on AT&T business site.

The Lg Gu292 is a new entry slider phone, it  looks much like the LG Shine II that released recently, while it is not pretty the Shine II. However, it seems that the Gu292 is a affordable PTT handset for most of us, and will be offered for business customers firstly.

AT&T is offering a big sale on window mobile smartphones

Accdording to WMExperts, we learn that now AT&T is offering a big  promotion on its window mobile smartphones through senting email to its for "premier" customers. Customers who are interested in this big sale have chance to receive the HP iPAQ Glisten or Samsung Jack for free, HTC Pure for $39.99, LG eXpo for $69.99, and the HTC Tilt 2 for $74.99.  Of course, the 2 year agreements is still required.

New AT&T Apple Iphone 4G

Finally, today Apple intrduces its new iphone – Iphone 4G for us. Beacuese AT&T ’s Exclusive for iphone has not been over, so obviously you only buy the new iphone 4G in AT&T stores or apple. Compared with the previous version of iphone, the new iphone is thinner, aso it  comes with a completely new design for the hardware, and includes metal and glass materials (front and back). Ok, now let’s have a look what advanced features and sepecs the iphone 4G is equiped with:

- 9.3mm thick,

- a microSIM

- two microphones for noise suppression

- 802.11n Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and 3G.

- 3.5 inch display with  960 x 640 pixels,

- A 4 1GHz processor

- 7 hours of 3G talk time, 6 hours of 3G browsing, 10 hours of Wi-Fi browsing, 10 hours of video playback, 40 hours of music playback, and 300 hours of standby time.

- quad-band GSM/EDGE and quad-band HSDPA/HSUPA (7.2Mbps down, 5.8Mbps up) cellular networks

- 5 megapixels with an LED flash, 5x digital zoom, and touch-to-focus. The camera also records 720p HD video at 30 frames per second.


We have to say the iphone 4G is perfect. So it should be not cheap, Apple will release it in U.S on June 24th for $199 the 16GB model, and 299 for the 32GB model. I’ can’t stand to see it, also we learn that AT&T customers who have contracts ending at any time in 2010 can upgrade their Iphone 3GS to iphone 4G at the $199/$299 price points.

How to Replace the battery on AT&T Pixi Plus

  1. Disconnect the USB cable and all accessories that are attached to the phone.
  2. To begin separating the back cover from the body of the phone: Use your thumbnail to release the clasp at the midpoint of the left side of the phone. See (a) in step 3.
  3. Run your thumbnail around the hairline opening to release the upper-left and top clasps. You may hear a sound when each clasp releases.

    4. Release bottom clasp

  4. Run your thumbnail around the hairline opening to release the bottom-left and bottom clasps. End at (b).

    5. Remove cover

  5. Swing the body of the phone out of the back cover as if the right side were a hinge.

    6. Remove cover

  6. Remove the battery by sliding your finger under the groove at the side of the battery.

    7. Remove battery

  7. Insert the new battery.

    8. Insert battery

  8. To replace the back cover: Insert the ringer switch into the hole provided for it on the right side of the back cover.

    9. Replace back cover

  9. Press the back cover and the body of the phone together at each pair of clasps. You can feel the clasps engage.

    10. Close clasps

AT&T iphone new Smartphone data plan is not tethering with iPad

Now you may be  immersed in the Joy of AT&T lanuching new smartphone data plan tethering the iphone plan with ipad, but I have to dash some cold wateron you, according to TechFlash, we are told that AT&T has sent them an email to tell them an iPad to iPhone tether is currently not possible. While the software code to allow Bluetooth tethering is included in the iPad's code base, the feature has been disabled.

So now if you are assumed that using AT&T's new iPhone tethering plan to ipad, please give up your image.

AT&T blackberry Bold 9800 Slider New Pictures and Specs

Today one new picture for AT&T blackberry Bold 9800 appears , the photo shows a nice sliding  qwerty keypad design, we notice it runs BlackBerry OS 6.0 with the WebKit Browser.  It does look like a BlackBerry Storm with a “BlackBerry Tour-style” keyboard that slides out the bottom. It is branded as Rogers with an optical trackpad.
