AT&T Tilt 2 and HTC Pure’s Hotfixes for SMS issue and Caller ID problem Download

Exciting news for AT&T Tilt 2 and HTC pure users, HTC recently has released two Hotfixes for both of the two phones to fix the freezing issues in the SMS application and problem with inconsistent Caller ID .

Instruction:  The hotfixs are not in a ROM, but they are implemented via a hard reset, so you will not lose your data.  AT&T Cell phone Software

How to download and install the hotfixs on your AT&T phones:

1.  Downloaded hotfixes onto my PC

2.  Connected phone via USB and transferred the files through the ActiveSync connection

3.  Put the files on the micro SD storage card

4.  Disconnected the phone from my PC AT&T HTC Pure Info

5.  Installed the Caller ID hotfix first.  No problems.

6.  Phone booted back up and the screen came up telling my everything was installed successfully

7.  Installed the SMS hotfix.  No problems AT&T HTC tilt2 Info

8.  Same as before….everything installed successfully.
