AT&T official today announces that it will release the Nokia Surge on July 19th For just $79.99 with two year agreements after rebate, also, a $40 voice plan and $30 data plan is required. The Upcoming AT&T phones- Nokia Surge is a Symbian S60-based smartphone, It has a smooth and slim look shape and a strange unique keypad. Which will be pupular with users of social networks.
