AT&T Lg Xenon Locking Up Problem

One of my frineds recently just bought one lg xenon from AT&T, but he found one problem with its lg xenon phone.Which is when he is playing music on his phone, the xenon is  always Locking Up at least once a day, and the touchscreen is blank.  AT&T Lg Xenon info

In addtion, some time the Send  and End keys are still illuminated, but you can not turn off the lg xeon or get the touchscreen to come back on when it is locking up.  The only way to recover is to take the battery out and put it back in.
