Below is the basic steps tell you how to lock your at&t quickfire with password. AT&T Quickfire info 1) From the standby screen, tap Menu. 2) Tap Settings. 3）Tap Security. 4）Scroll to and select Change Phone Password. 5）Enter the current phone password, then press OK. NOTE: Default is 00000000 (8 zeros). 6）Enter the desired phone password, then press OK. NOTE: Minimum 4 numbers. 7）Re-enter the new phone password, then press OK. A confirmation screen will be displayed. Note: IMPORTANT: If the incorrect lock code is entered more than 3 times the phone will display “ENTER PUK”. If this message is displayed, contact customer care. AT&T cannot provide active passwords. The device security code is different from the SIM lock Code. It is resident to the device and does not affect the SIM card. If a password is forgotten, perform a master reset to restore the device to original factory specifications.
